Lots of changes in the world have promted us to be more vigilant about our safety. For this reason I am being criptic and for this reason many things from our blog have been removed.
I also realize as I look at this blog that I have neglected so totally that "I've neglected this blog, SO COMPLETELY"!
I had grand thoughts to update this every day but frankly, I bore myself so why on earth would others want me to bore them while I'm at it LOL. (seriously, laughing out loud at myself here)
My desire is still to post things regularly, however my nature has and probably will keep me from it. I will pledge to do my best and hope for the best :0)
The Belizzle Blog
This is our family blog. We have created this site to try and keep all family and friends informed of whatever changes we encounter. Since we are new, there will probably be many changes in the future. Then again, we may get sick of it LOL.

Cross country without him
1 Week and 1 day ago the Brandon, Christian, Megan and I left Tampa for the West. The weeks leading up to our departure were caotic and crammed with a flurry of activity. Not only was I getting ready for the trip but we were also trying to cram in as much activity with our sweet friends Angie, Brandon, Nicole and Blake.
As we left Tampa I couldn't help but be a bit sad that a huge part of our family was missing :0( The whole trip was filled with talk of silly things that Dad would do if he were here. It was really heart warming to have all of us at one time or another pop on some Alan Jackson, just so we could honor John on our trip.
We made it to Utah safely and the boys are attending EFY right now while Megan and I are staying with friends here in Riverton UT. We will be leaving for Boise on Saturday before we head up to John's family reunion in Helena MT.
John is doing well in Fort Hood but the days are beginning to drag on as he awaits their departure from that aweful place. Unfortunatly we have not been able to really see him much as there is no WIFI. Once he gets to Afghanistan we will be able to facetime or skype with him much more freely. Can't wait, although knowing that he is out of the country doesn't really feel all that great.
His days are still filled with training. Some of it is interesting he says but it seems like there is allot that is just mind numbing. Right now he is in classes learning more specifically about what he will be doing while he is over there. Conditions are adequate there in Fort Hood although describing them as great would be an overstatement I believe.
I will try to stay more focused on what is happening so that I don't go so long between posts :0)

Here we are!
Here's my thought
Ok, we have now officially made it into the 21st century by creating this blogging page. (Honestly a blog sounds like something that I blow out of my nose in the morning) but blog it is.
Hopfully in my "spare" time I will be able to keep this close to up to date. We are hoping to be able to put photos of the kids and all that Jazz so that our family can see just what it is we are up to here.
Hope it works!

Christian in Montana
This boy really knows how to work!
Montana bound for Christian
Christian is having a ton of fun in the great state of Montana! He left 2 weeks ago headed for Dillon Montana, to spend time on the Hansen Ranch.
At first he was a bit nervous to leave home. After all he is going to be gone for nearly 6 weeks.... And at the time of his departure, snow was rapidly falling on the Ranch and here in Boise we were enjoying 80 degree weather. (YIKES!)
After a bit of an adjustment he has found his groove! Early mornings and lots and lots of eating!
Christian has been helping out with the lambing season. Mucking stalls, playing, mucking more stalls, playing, eating, playing and so on.
Yesturday Grandpa Paul taught him how to drive a four wheeler! I'm jealous :0)
Time with Grandma has been enjoyable too... from the sounds of it he has tons of projects that he has been working on... One is "TOP SECRET" so I'll tell all after he comes home.
Can't wait to hear all about his adventures in Montana when he comes back!

Video call from Dad :0)

We sure miss seeing that smile everyday!
We miss you Dad!
Its been a really long 3 months! John left for officer school in the beginning of February.... He first went to Fort Benning Georgia, where he spent 2 very long months in training. After that was finished he surprised us here at home with a wonderful visit back in Boise! We were able to spend the weekend with him before he flew back to grab his truck and drive up to Fort Eustis Virginia.
Two weeks from now I get to fly to Washington DC to see him for a week over the Memorial Day Holiday! We are really looking forward to this. I only wish that I could take the kids with me.
John graduates his final school towards the end of June and then its home sweet home!

I hope he always knows how wonderful I think he is!
